From Friday, August 8 to Tuesday, August 12, the Association Tuscolana Astronomy offers the public a large number of appointments to talk about heaven and in particular of "shooting stars" at San Lorenzo, the atmospheric phenomenon visible in the nights around August 10.
Each event provides multimedia presentations on the sky and on the "shooting stars", and telescopic observations (especially of the Moon, close to the first quarter phase, and the planet Jupiter and its Galilean satellites) under the guidance of expert amateurs ATC.
The meetings will be scattered over a vast territory that spans various areas of central and southern Lazio, according to the following schedule: Friday, August 8

- Latin Farm "Meadow Coppola" (via del Lido, 4.200 km) - from 21:30 pm - free admission
- Privett (LT), Castello di San Martino - from 19 pm - free admission (with the collaboration and support of the City of Privett)
- Rocca di Papa (RM), Centre "Franco Fuligni" (location Vivaro, Via Lazio) - starting at 21:15 - contribution of 5 Euro per person, reservations at segreteria@ataonweb.it

Saturday August 9:
- Anzio (RM), Nature Reserve of Tor Caldara (via Ardeatina) - from 21:30 - free admission (with the collaboration and support of the Regional Parks)
