27/01/2010 - The Ministry of Economic Development has developed a decree changing the limits of thermal transmittance of windows required in 2010 to access tax deductions 55% for the redevelopment of buildings.
recall that on 1 January 2010 entered into force the new limits transmittance U fixed by DM March 11, 2008, implementing the 2008 Budget, more stringent than those in force until the end of 2009 (read more ).
To take advantage of the deduction of 55%, in fact, until December 31, 2009 must respect the limits that the Decree No. 192/2005 (as amended by Decree No. 311/2006) fissacome mandatory for everyone (regardless of deductions tax) from 1 January 2010. Ministerial Decree issued just changed the values, following the issuance of the decrees of the Legislative Decree 192/2005 (Presidential Decree 59/2009 and Guidelines for energy certification) and experience of application of these years. The MSE was therefore considered appropriate to recalibrate the technical requirements for the eligibility of tax incentives and overcome some problems concerning the implementation of Sections 344 and 345 of the 2007 Budget.
